Do you serve commercial properties, or just residential?2021-11-10T11:47:19-08:00

We offer pest control services to businesses and homes in the SF Bay Area.

What pests do you exterminate?2021-11-10T11:48:39-08:00

We exterminate all kinds of pests, from ants and bed bugs wreaking havoc in your home to gophers destroying your lawn. Specifically, we target ants, fleas, spiders, roaches, mosquitoes, wasps, silverfish, mites, beetles, mice, rats, gophers, and more. If you’re not sure what kind of pests you’re dealing with, we are more than happy to assess the situation for you.

Is your pest spray safe for children/pets?2021-11-10T11:49:18-08:00

We recommend keeping children and pets away from any treated areas while they’re being serviced and for 4 hours afterwards. The primary concern is a pet or toddler licking a treated area. Once it dries, the spray is safe for pets and humans of all ages.

How often should I have my place treated?2021-11-10T11:50:24-08:00

If you have dealt with any serious pest infestations before, we recommend a monthly pest treatment to keep them at bay. If you’ve never dealt with pests but want to make sure you never do, we recommend quarterly pest control services.

Do I have to leave my home during pest treatments?2021-11-10T11:51:31-08:00

It depends. For some treatments, such as ant extermination, it is perfectly safe for you to remain inside. For other pest treatments, like flea or bed bug removal, all pets and humans will need to leave the house during treatment and for four hours after.

How long after the treatment will it take to see results?2021-11-10T11:52:03-08:00

The amount of time it takes to see results depends on the type of pest treatment and the severity of the infestation. A severe case of ants might take a few treatments before you see dramatic results, but it might just take one treatment to eliminate any rodents you are dealing with. Our team will always give you a treatment plan upfront so you know how many treatments we suggest for lasting results.

Do you offer termite control?2023-07-10T06:34:24-07:00

We do not offer termite control services.

Do you offer payment plans?2021-11-10T11:53:02-08:00

Yes. We want to make pest control affordable for your family or business, so we offer payment plans on all of our pest treatments.

Do you use poison?2021-11-10T11:53:47-08:00

For exterior services, we often use poison. For interior treatments, we use traps so that pests don’t die inside your walls.

What kind of rodent traps do you use?2021-11-10T11:55:05-08:00

We use snap traps and glue traps to catch rodents. Once we set the traps, we check them within a week to remove the rodents and replace any bait material.

How can I keep rodents out of my house/place of business?2021-11-10T11:55:42-08:00

The best way to keep rodents out of your house or business is to seal all holes and gaps; this prevents them from entering in the first place. Additionally, you can keep them from being attracted to your home or building by cutting all bushes and trees surrounding the building, keeping all food in sealed containers, and not leaving any water sources accessible.

Do you offer heat treatment for bed bugs?2021-11-10T11:56:21-08:00

No, we don’t offer heat treatment at this time. Heat treatment is expensive, and, although it is effective, its results aren’t long lasting. If bedbugs come back after you have had a heat treatment, you’ll need to get another treatment.

Do I need to get rid of my current furniture and get new stuff?2021-11-10T12:00:11-08:00

Only if you’re looking for a good excuse to buy new furniture! Once we treat your furniture and home for bed bugs, there is no reason to get rid of it. We strongly advise that you do not throw away all of your furniture before a bed bug treatment; bed bugs are sneaky and they are most likely in more places than your bed and bedroom furniture.

What do I need to do to prepare for flea treatment?2021-11-10T12:01:01-08:00

To prepare for a flea treatment, wash all pet bedding in hot water (or throw it away), and  vacuum all carpets and rugs. Remove items from the floor and seal any open food containers. Have a veterinarian treat your pet for fleas, and keep your pet out of your home during treatment. You will also need to leave your house during the treatment and for four hours after.

How will you treat cockroaches?2021-11-15T06:41:48-08:00

We have several cockroach treatment options that we use, depending on the type and quantity of roaches. Cockroach bait and sprays are two of our most common cockroach treatment approaches. We also offer fogging if the home is properly prepared.

Do I need a regular service for spiders?2021-11-10T12:02:15-08:00

If you have noticed any number of spiders in your home or business, we recommend scheduling a regular treatment to keep them at bay. Once the initial spider problem is under control, a bimonthly maintenance treatment should do the trick.

Do you deweb?2021-11-10T12:02:47-08:00

Yes, we offer dewebbing services to exterminate spiders in your home for good. If you have a spider web that keeps appearing even after you knock it down, call us today.

How long will it take to get rid of ants?2021-11-10T12:05:25-08:00

You will likely notice a decrease in ant activity within 48 hours of the initial treatment. Once the ants have been taken care of, we recommend scheduling a monthly or bimonthly service to keep them away.
